Before Natsukashii, Et Al.'s chefs brought different concepts to life through pop-ups and collaborations. The collective spans cuisines and service styles, with the people making the food as much a part of the story as the dishes themselves.

Photography leads the site: the team at work, the food on the table, and the moments around service. Programs, events, reservations, and press give visitors ways to follow what the collective is doing next. Today, the site also points to Natsukashii, the team's first permanent restaurant.

Before Nevermind

This 2024 project predates NVM. Alec's identity and web design were created at Gitwit, with Henry on photography and Zach on development. It belongs here as part of the founders' shared body of work, and the beginning of a relationship that continued with Natsukashii.
